MIDDLE GROUP
Andrew has lived in the Bay Area for eight years and grew up visiting Berkeley as a child while growing up in Sacramento. When they are not at school you can find them cooking with friends, seeing their family, hiking, riding their bike, gardening, seeing new places, and trying out different kinds of art. In education, they have taught middle school after-school programs, elementary outdoor education, third grade, and first grade. Andrew is excited to teach science as they are a huge science nerd and studied Geology in college. Andrew loves science related to a sense of place, mostly on Earth, their favorite planet! They find math amazing, too, and always learn new things about numbers while teaching.
